WHMCS INSTRUCTIONS:

Please note that the WHMCS that comes with our Reseller hosting package will be hosted on a different location to ensure the servers we use for web hosting accounts are not impacted with the server load WHMCS generates. As the license is issued by us, you cannot host the WHMCS / WHMCS license somewhere else. Also, you must have the ability to modify your subdomain’s DNS to point to the server IP we will give you or we can do this for you if you give your cPanel access to us. You can also choose to register second-level domains here for free: http://area.yeys.eu/.

To redeem your WHMCS, you will need to ensure you do the following:

1. Give us your cPanel username and password so we can fix the DNS to your subdomain. This is needed in order for your WHMCS to work properly.
2. Or you may choose to use free YEYSEU domain names. Go to http://area.yeys.eu/ and register the domain name you want to use for your WHMCS
3. Log in to your client area, and open a ticket with Sales with the required details from steps (1) or (2).
