As announced by Rigrag, we will be acquiring all their monthly clients and we are transferring the accounts as we speak. Rigrag’s owner, Jack, forwarded us the list of monthly clients based on the record they have in their WHMCS.
Here’s Rigrag’s notice to all their clients, as posted on their website:

The following accounts are paying monthly to Rigrag and will be then transferred to NLHI. If there are resellers or master resellers from the list, all their clients will be moved as well.
dropbeat.net
urbaninsanity.net
the-visionary.net
vintage-wish.net
walanjo.net
unique-angel.net
androbots.net
ricegra.in
wstudia.net
jerzeygraphics.com
hostignite.com
resellerenclave.com
dajopas.com
holdyourcolour.org
guate-net.com
Please note that we will not be able to give any free domain to Rigrag’s existing customers even when transferred to us. This means that once your domain expires, you will be in charged of renewing your domains.
If you are paying monthly for your hosting account, and you’re not in the list, please contact us immediately at rigrag@nolimitshost.info so we can restore your account.
For clients who made annual payments to Rigrag and wish to transfer to us, please contact rigrag@nolimitshost.info to further discuss this matter and come up with amicable solution between both parties.
Should you contact us to discuss the matter further, please allow us some time to answer all your inquiries as we are currently prioritizing the transfer. We appreciate your patience on this. In addition, make sure you add our email address rigrag@nolimitshost.info to your contact list and check your spam/bulk/junk folder for our replies.
We will post another update later. Thank you
UPDATE:// April 11, 2010
Just to let you know that we are NOT taking over rigrag. If you read the entire news, all monthly clients will automatically be transferred to us, and not the entirety of Rigrag. This means that we are NOT taking over rigrag and don’t have plans to.
Rigrag’s server should have been reformatted yesterday. As announced by Rigrag, they weren’t able to pay their server’s monthly bill and therefore should have already been taken down yesterday. Rigrag asked for our help, and though it is not our responsibility to help Rigrag clients, we went the distance to spend our own precious time to get the backups, answer Rigrag client’s inquiries, and pay for the fees required to get Rigrag’s data. Please remember that all the cost associated to save the data from Rigrag’s server are all shouldered by us and coming from our own pocket.
We are trying to help as much as we can, and we appreciate your patience on this matter. Rigrag’s request to help clients came unexpected and due to its urgency, our priority yesterday was to get the data before the server is reformatted. We have to be as quick as we possibly can.
Now, we have come up with the timeline for Rigrag clients, all in GMT+8 (Singapore) timezone:
1. Up to end of April 12, 2010 – Back up Rigrag’s data
2. April 12 to April 24, 2010 – Restoration of backups for clients who contacted us and wish to move to us. Clients can continue to contact us if they wish to move to us or get their backups for a small fee.
3. April 25, 2010 – Server is going to be opened for 24 hours for clients who wish to generate cpanel full backups to move somewhere else. This is going to be free of charge.
It has been very costly for us as we spent large amount of time and money in order to help Rigrag customers, considering the fact that we are not taking over Rigrag, and we are not responsible for Rigrag’s own clients as we have always been and will always be two separate entities. We did not receive any donation nor any help from anyone to help rescue Rigrag’s data, and have been shouldering all costs to date.
We will post another update when backups have been completed earlier than planned. Thank you.
Update 2 April 11, 2010:
For resellers and master resellers who wish to transfer to us and have their clients accounts restored as well, please contact us with the list of the cpanel account names of your clients you wish to be restored. Thank you.
Update April 12, 2010:
All backups have been made. Those who wish to transfer to us or needing to get the backups now, please contact rigrag@nolimitshost.info. Alternatively, you can still get your backups on April 25, 2010 when the server opens for 24 hours. Thank you.
