After Ordering
After you sent your payment, please allow us to verify your payment and completeness of your order in 24-72 hours. You will then receive your login information via email so it’s very important that you use a correct & valid email address.
Payment
We are accepting payments via Paypal. If you need to pay for hosting in way other than Paypal, please contact our SALES department by opening a ticket at http://helpdesk.nolimitshost.info. All renewal for hosting and domain must be paid on or before the renewal / due date, using GMT+8 Timezone.
Overdue Payment for Shared, Reseller and Master Reseller Packages
Invoices are generated 14 days before the due date and a reminder to pay your bill is generated 7 days before the due date. Please make sure you pay your bills on time. If you do not settle your bills 3 days after the due date then a late payment fee will be applied to your outstanding invoice. If after 2 days we still do not receive your payment then your sites or products will cease to operate, along with your client sites, and you will be required to pay a reactivation fee amounting to $20.
Overdue Payment for Server Management, WHMPHP license, VPS & Dedicated Servers
VPS, Dedicated servers, Server management and third party licenses must be paid on time. If we do not receive your payment on the date your service is due then your dedicated server, management sevice and/or WHMPHP license will be automatically terminated.
Non-acceptable content
If restricted content as mentioned above is found on your account, No Limits Host [Info] reserves the right to remove it and terminate or suspend your account with or without prior notice, depending on the severity and nature of the offense.
Microsoft Frontpage
Microsoft announced that FrontPage 2003 will be the last version of FrontPage to be released. The product has reached its EOL, End Of Life, date with the company. This means that there will be no new versions released and no new updates or features will be added to this product by Microsoft. Many features in FrontPage sites are based on the FrontPage Server Extensions that are also released by Microsoft. Some of these features include form processing, themes, hit counters and the website publishing feature. These features are collectively known as the FrontPage web-bots.
Microsoft has also announced that the Unix FrontPage server extensions have also reached their EOL (end of life) date. Official EOL for Unix extensions was on June 30th 2006. NoLimitsHost has continued to run the unsupported Unix FrontPage extensions on our servers since then to continue to provide as much support for features to our customers as possible. However, we can not continue to do so forever.
Having the server extensions support dropped by Microsoft leaves NoLimitsHost in a bad position. If by chance there is a security problem with these extensions then this could leave the NoLimitsHost Unix based servers vulnerable. We must remove these extensions from the servers to avoid leaving the servers open to a possible attack.
NoLimitsHost decided to pull out support in Frontpage for Unix because if an incompatibility or security issue arises, as there will be no further patches or upgrades to fix such issues.
Overselling / Fair Usage
You must not needlessly create accounts, install any script/software or upload any files which add space usage if you have no intention of using them.
As part of our fair usage policy, excessive CPU usage is not allowed. You may not initiate the following on our shared hosting servers (VPS and Dedicated server excluded):
Resource Limitations
In order to provide the best uptime possible, your sites must comply with the following limitations:
PHP:

max_execution_time = 30

MySQL:
max_user_connection = 25
CPU:
No script may use more than 20% of CPU
Memory:
No Script may use more than 300 MB of memory or executing more than 20 processes continuously for longer than 15 minutes
File Usage and Storage
Hosting accounts are not to be used for the purposes of distributing and/or storing an unusual amount of files. We are a web hosting service not a remote file storage service. Any web site whose disk space usage for storing the files exceed 50% of its total usage, either in terms of total size or number of files, will be deemed to be using unusual amount of files. At that point, if we find that those files are illegal or harmful in any way, you will be suspended or terminated with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the harm.
Unmetered Space & Bandwidth
Nothing in the world is unlimited, and that includes server space and bandwidth. Here at Nolimithost.Info, we do not keep track of how much space you are using. Clients are allowed to use as much as long as they are not crippling the servers with the amount of space, bandwidth, accounts and server resources they are using. Generally, with unmetered space and bandwidth, you will be able to use it without encountering problems but if your website is crippling the server then NoLimitsHost.Info has the right to suspend or terminate your site with or without prior notice.
Free Hosting Sites
No Limits Host [Info] believes in the freedom of hosting. We do allow our users to run Free Hosting sites provided that free hosting accounts will not exceed 20% of the total number of clients you have. This includes offering hosting plans greater than 3 GB in space for ridiculously low price. Anyone offering hosting more than 5 GB space with amount less or equal to $2/month or $5/year is considered as free hosting, unless a prior agreement with us has been made. This is because it’s often used to abuse our resources and we reserve the right to set a limit over an account with or without prior notice.
Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to ours or others’ servers is strictly prohibited. As our client, you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate all the terms listed in this page, your account will be terminated immediately without a refund.
Account Termination and Suspension
We have the right to terminate and/or suspend your account with or without notice, based on your violation of our policy. By ordering hosting from us, No Limit Host [Info], you accept this agreement. All termination and suspension are based on our judgment and discretion. No refund or monetary compensation will be given to your account if suspended or terminated.
Usernames
We assign unique usernames to every account we create to avoid future problems. This cannot be changed. All our resellers are encouraged to do the same.
Backups
We are not responsible for any loss of data or business on your part. You are responsible for backing up your and your clients’ sites and keeping your backup copy up to date. You may backup your files (home directory backup) and database (MySQL database backup) from “NLH Backup” in your cPanel. You may also backup your files and databases by following the instructions here.
Any account using more than 4GB of disk space or more than 25,000 inodes will not be able to access NLH Backup to avoid over-usage and will be removed from our off-site weekly backup. You should back up your own files and MySQL databases by following the tutorial here: http://client.nlharea.com/knowledgebase.php?_mo=kb&_sa=19. This way, you will be able to back up your files and databases to your local computer. In this regard, you cannot hold us responsible for any files lost from your account.
Uptime
Although we have kept downtime to an absolute minimum, we cannot be held responsible for any downtime that may occur.
WHMCS
WHMCS that comes with our packages can only be used in our network. You cannot host the WHMCS / WHMCS license somewhere else. Also, this will work only for domains you will register here: http://client.yeys.eu/
Cancellation & Refund
Due to abuse, we do not issue refund in any kind.
Virtual Private Servers (VPS) Policies, Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
To maintain the integrity of our service, VPS service that utilizes heavy amounts of system resources may be required to be upgraded, or, Nolimitshost Info may relocate your site to a different server and/or IP address, to reduce the load on the server on which you are currently residing.
Abusive Clientele
We have zero tolerance for abusive language and/or abusive behavior towards us and/or service we provide and/or our staff. Any customer deemed at our sole discretion to be abusive to us and/or service we provide and/or our staff will result in immediate irrevocable account termination without any refund. Threats to sue, slander, libel, etc., are all considered forms of abuse and will result in immediate irrevocable account termination without any refund.
Nolimitshost Info may at it’s discretion suspend or terminate service of any client that is abusive/harassing to Nolimitshost Info and/or Nolimitshost Info staff. Examples of such activity include, but are not limited to:

It’s your responsibility to ensure that your clients follow all our policies, terms and conditions. Failure to do so might result to your client’s account being suspended.
